I am excited to Welcome Coach Addison to Powers Training!

Lookout Mountain native and Baylor Alumni, Coach Addison Irwin is officially joining Powers Training as a Personal Trainer.

Addison trains men and women of all ages - from competitive athletes to everyday individuals focused on building strength, confidence and long-term health.

Addison develops personalized workout programs and provides customized nutrition guidance based on comprehensive fitness evaluations and measurable progress tracking.

In addition to personal training, Addison offers specialized lacrosse performance training, with an emphasis on goalie development.

His athletic resume speaks for itself:

  • NCAA All-Time Leader in Career Saves (1,199)

  • Second Most Saves in a Single NCAA Game (42)

  • 5x All-Conference Selection

Addison currently serves as Assistant Coach for Baylor’s Boys Lacrosse Team, where he once played before continuing his career at the collegiate level.

Beyond athletics, Addison leads group fitness classes at F45 Northshore and continues to lead by example in his own life - having lost over 120 pounds through discipline and lifestyle change. His commitment, empathy and ability to connect with clients make him an incredible asset to our community.
