What can I expect for my first session?
Before we start any sort of training or nutrition regimen, we'll spend a about an hour discussing your current workout routine, nutritional habits, as well as your particular goals and challenges. At the end, we'll do a quick fitness test. It is so important for me to understand where you're at mentally and physically before we start "real" training, and the more we know and trust each other, the more positive strides (literally!) we can make together.
How often can I train?
As much as you want! As long as I have time available on my schedule, we can train.
